Cincinnati based Iranian multimedia artist Sharareh Khosravani (www.shararehkhosravani.com), will teach a 3-day mixed-media workshop for adults. Whether novice or experienced, it will focus on techniques and materials including acrylic and oil pastel. Created to inspire either the new artist or to help those who are intimidated by painting and playing with art materials, this workshop is a great way to dip your toes. Each class is envisioned to provide a dynamic space for artists to work on more playful aspects of different materials (like painting on photographs). 

The first session is an introduction to the theme and techniques demo, and selection of a project. The second day will be class activity and working on the project.  Students will finish and then present their art work at the last day and share their experience, the creative process and techniques used. 

The class will inspire students to see and approach painting from a different perspective.
